Kyle Dickson has been the director of coaching for Bergen Football Academy for the past two years and has been instrumental in taking the program to the next step.
Originally from Scotland, Kyle was born into a very football-driven family. His father was a professional football Player for Clydebank and Scotland U21s. He passed much of his knowledge and love for the game on to Kyle. Kyle was then scouted in his teenage years and played in Livingston FC's youth academy setup.
Aged 18, Kyle brought his playing days to the US. He spent four years playing division two soccer for Tusculum TN in the South Atlantic Conference while obtaining a sports management degree. In his final year, he competed in a National tournament.
Due to Kyle's love for the game, he had no choice but to pursue a career in football, which led him down the path to coaching. He achieved his coaching badges with The Scottish Football Association and returned to the US to work for Advanced Total Soccer Coaching in Fall of 2017. Kyle coached at Scarsdale Youth Soccer Club NY before eventually joining Fort Lee Soccer.
After just one year at Fort Lee Soccer and Bergen Football Academy, Kyle was appointed director of coaching. His passion and knowledge of the game are infectious around the club, and he will continue to drive the program forward.

Nick, originally from England, has been with Bergen Football Academy / Fort Lee Soccer for the past seven years and is the longest-serving staff member of the program. His longevity, professionalism, and attention to detail in developing youth soccer players have been crucial to building the program to where it is today.
Nick holds FA licenses and youth modules obtained in England, where he first started coaching. He gained experience organizing soccer & multi-sports sessions for elementary schools across Liverpool, UK. Nick first came to the US in the Spring of 2016, working for Advanced Total Soccer coaching. His first club was Fort Lee Soccer / Bergen Football Academy, which he has been a part of ever since. Nick, during this time, was also a part of the Montclair Kimberley High School coaching staff 2017-2020, where he was a trainer for the high school & middle school boys' soccer programs: Coaching the three levels of high school soccer, Freshman, Junior Varsity, and Varsity. Nick planned and executed 8-week programs, introducing players to new tactics and styles while enabling them to perform at their peak physical condition.
Nick is also an employee of International Sporting Events (iSE). A local youth soccer tournament provider, which BFA uses to ensure all of our players compete in at least five competitive tournaments a year. EDP Soccer acquired the company in January 2022.
